Established in 2005, the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA Dubai) is a world-class culinary training centre that delivers programs accredited by the internationally renowned City & Guilds, London, with recognition of quality culinary education from the Worldchefs.

ICCA’s flagship professional programs in Cookery and Baking & Patisserie are specially designed for aspiring chefs, bakers and equip students with industry best practices, enabling them to seamlessly integrate and effectively deliver in the hospitality industry globally.

Besides  industry centered programs, ICCA also provides amateur programs for the serious enthusiasts, and a range of artisanal courses in Sugarcraft, Barista, and Gelato courses for those looking to carve a niche in the world of food.

With the commitment to give back to the industry ICCA Dubai Culinary Scholarship Program, the Annual One Million Dirhams Continuing Education Award for the UAE Young Industry Chefs, in partnership with the Emirates Culinary Guild, City & Guilds and WorldChefs, set up in the year 2015, has to date provided over 125 talented but underprivileged chefs an opportunity to get an international qualification and  further prospects worldwide.
